WelcomeThis site provides the official codification of the general and permanent federal rules of the Union of Columbia. The U.C.C. is organized by title and is limited to the federal powers delegated by the States Compact and Constitution. Federal Structure (Executive-Only)
The Union of Columbia operates with a small central government. Federal functions are carried out through executive bureaus. There is no standing federal legislature or judiciary; federal administration and enforcement are conducted under executive authority, subject to the Compact, written orders, and internal procedure.
